New features on the 'My Account' on our website -

We have now finished making some improvements in the 'My Account' on our website, link which can be found in the top right corner of our homepage. Simply login using your email address and password you created when booking your trip to be able to use the new fields of

account changes - first, please log in and check your 'Personal details', particularly your date of birth and passport details to make sure they are correct and make any necessary changes if needed

contact fellow travelers on the journey -. If you wish to contact fellow travelers on the journey, the facility is now available in the "Personal Information section of your account. Simply check the box indicating that you wish to share your email address with other travelers on your journey, that is down to your personal details page, when finished, go to the 'Contact other Travellers' bar on the left hand side navigation and you will be able to see fellow travelers Address email who have given their permission to be contacted

added an "addition" to your existing travel. - now you can book a 'Add on' such as Gorilla Trekking Spanish school or by example to your existing booking via your account. If you decide at a later date you wish to make a 'add on' and click on 'View' on the booking you want to add an "addition" to. at the bottom of the page summary, it will allow you to book and pay your 'Add on'. This can be done up to 20 days prior to travel part. For reservations after this break period please contact us directly to check availability.

If you have booked an "addition" Previous to this e-mail, at the time of booking your trip or if you arranged by contacting us directly, then it will not appear in your account, but rest assured this book has already been done for you

Pre-Trip book accommodation and airport transfers -. lead travelers can now make bookings via your account up to six weeks before you travel part. If your hand journey in less than six weeks, please contact us and we will make your direct booking. Just go to 'View My Booking' and down the summary page select 'Book Pre-Trip Accommodation and airport transfers "and select your needs. If you do not want any of the following, if you please select simply not necessary, so we can be informed that you will make your own arrangements. If you have previously booked accommodation by contacting us here Oasis Overland, then be aware that it will not appear in your account but again, be assured that it has been reserved for you. If you want your reservation request accommodation / previous transfer in your account, then please feel free to do so.
